Pork Rib Sliders with Serrano Mayo

This mini “TORTAS” are perfect for get-togethers, picnic or for watching your favorite sports game.
Pulled pork rib sliders with spicy Serrano Mayo, creamy avocado, pickled red onions and cilantro.
FYI this recipe is worth saving just for the Serrano Mayo, so freaking good! 🔥

Ingredients

•1.5 kg baby back ribs (one rack)
•1/4 cup Asada Rub
•1 orange
•2 Bay leaves
•3 Garlic Cloves
•1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
•2 tbsp olive oil
•1 cup water
Remove rib’s membrane, rub ribs with half of the orange, olive oil and ASADA Rub. Cut ribs. Place ribs, water, apple cider, garlic, bay leaves, more Asada Rub and the other half of orange in a pressure cooker. Cook on high for 45 min.
Pull meat from bone and place it on hot pan to give it an extra sear, keep pulling meat while searing.
Toast a slider bun (brioche or Portuguese buns works great). Spread some Serrano Mayo, add pulled ribs, avocado, pickled red onions and fresh cilantro. That’s pretty much it!! 🔥
